Hello everyone,

This Screencast introduces the most important concept of Ulysses: Semantic Text Editing. So this time it’s all about Styles and Markers. You’ll learn how to put them into your texts, create custom styles and how to use them during export. Whether you liked it or you didn’t, we’d be glad if you leave us a little comment.

Enjoy it!

Screencast Shot

I’d just like to let you know that our first screencast for Ulysses is finally online. You can find it here. This first episode is mostly an introductory episode to the whole program. You’ll get a tour of the interface and also hear about the most important concepts of Ulysses. But even if you have been a Ulysses user for years, you’ll find some new tricks and tips that you maybe haven’t discovered yet.

This screencast is just the start of a whole series of videos for version 1.6 of Ulysses. There are more to come. The next ones will each introduce a concept or cover a part of Ulysses in detail.

We’d really like to hear back from you! If you’ve got feedback, you can just drop us a line in our forum.

Enjoy!
